wow! that musta been amazing. still have those pieces? glass is compelling. especially in Art, Decor and eventually Kitsch which combines both. I wish I had the little box of tiny glass animals my mom had. they had a big impact on me as an artist (hanging out amd curating my couch fort, read Couchmosis for details -- tho I dont mention those).
my three best pieces were a human form simplified air twists
a Amythyst wrap white vase and a dog bowl clear silica glass with spikes like a dog collar.
It was fun but I couldn't see a future with it even though my friends got to see pilchuick glass school in canada... its a very hard earner and expensive but fun
reminds me of the fun I had as a glassblowing student back in 1998.

neat to know. yes I considered that school (US based I believe) for an MFA but passed on the entire idea.
